Description
The turning of the first axis of this positioner realizes the shifting of the fixture A/B side, and the self-turning of the second/third axis realizes the automatic turning of the fixture. This positioner realizes synchronous and coordinated actions with the robot. The drive adopts servo motors. Two sets of the same fixture work together. While the robot is welding on the A side, the B side is manually assembled. This positioner greatly improves the work efficiency of the entire workstation.
The robot welding workstation that uses the three-axis vertical flip positioner is larger, and the safety room of the workstation is higher. It is generally used for welding large workpieces such as vehicle bridges. Fixtures with smaller spans can be welded by a single machine. For fixtures with larger spans, when one robot cannot fully meet the welding requirements, two machines can be used for simultaneous welding to meet the weld requirements of the workpiece.
